Sharing and printing

• Share any list as plain text — one item per line (plus the list name). The other person does not need the app or an account.
• Works through Messages, Mail, AirDrop, or any share target.
• Receiving: share text or a .txt file to Speak List from another app; it becomes a list. You can also paste into Quick add or restore from a file in Settings.

Shares are clean; backups are complete

A person-to-person share is meant to be clean: item names and amounts (and the list name), not a full private dump of every note and reminder. Your backup file is the complete form — notes, reminder times, and related details travel there so they return when you restore.
